My family has been a part of San Diego for over 60 years. Our family values are built on integrity, honesty, and loyalty. I have made these values the backbone of my business today. I was born and raised a San Diego native which helped push my transition into real estate. Beginning with condo-conversions and land surveying in 2004, I managed development projects from San Diego to San Francisco. This fueled my leap into residential Real Estate in 2010. Since then, I have developed a niche in residential real estate investments, whether helping clients determine rental property potential and short term investments. I have taken a more front seat approach in assisting with design, selection, and construction management. After being a Realtor with Keller Williams for 5 years, my drive towards these specialties motivated me to join the team at Renovation Realty in 2016, and now building Wood Frame Realty under Big Block Realty. I have used these skills to determine the best strategies and obtain the maximum value for my clients today.

As a long time business owner, I understand the importance of customer service and negotiation. Hard work and dedication are two traits I consistently carry with me through any profession. As a San Diego native, Real Estate became my passion when I saw how rewarding home ownership can be for my clients. I am a real estate agent with connections not only locally in San Diego, but also the Northeast and Europe.  After years of tending bar in Little Italy, San Diego, the transition to real estate agent came naturally. Loyalty, rapport, and local knowledge are key in both fields and my clients easily welcomed and encouraged my new role. Aside from finding individuals their dream homes or selling their starter homes, I have also expanded into commercial real estate, both professionally and personally.  My wife, son, and I call San Diego our home, but with my wife being from Connecticut and myself being from Italy, we have contacts on both coasts and 2 continents.
